Pål Bolstad is partner and managing director of UNION Management AS – a full-range supplier of technical services for commercial properties. Services include property development, technical consultation, project management and technical operations for owners and tenants. Bolstad has more than 20 years of experience in the technical operation and management of commercial properties. He has previously held the position of managing director with DriftsCompagniet AS, with technical responsibility for approximately 1.4 million m² of floor space and 12 employees, and has experience from more than 50 technical due diligences and large and small development projects.

Jan Sørlie works as technical manager for UNION Management AS and is primarily responsible for the day-to-day technical management of the properties. His responsibilities also include establishing and following up on joint and property-owner budgets, project management in connection with rehabilitation, maintenance tasks etc. He has been employed with UNION Management since the company was founded in January 2010. He has previously worked with similar tasks at DriftsCompagnet AS since 2005, coming from Marius Management AS from 2001 to 2005 and Saga Petroleum AS from 1997. Sørlie has 25 years of experience working as an electrician and as a foreman for major construction projects. He also has an education as a business administrator.

Ingar Rognås works as a technical manager with UNION Management and is responsible for technical operations, project management, and acts as an advisor during technical due diligences. Rognås has been employed with UNION Management since the company was founded in January 2010. He has previously worked seven years for DriftsCompagniet and has been operations manager with Aberdeen Property Investors, and has also worked for Ingeniørbygg. Rognås has more than 15 years of experience with operation and maintenance of commercial properties.

Tor Hornburg works as a technical manager with UNION Management and is responsible for technical operations, property development and project management. Hornburg has 28 years of experience in property management, including a position as head of property management with Telenor Arena. He is a previous partner in ForvaltningsCompagniet, Senior Manager of ISS Facility Services’ Property Division, and participated in the development of the Aker Brygge area in Oslo from being a shipyard to become a new city borough. Hornburg was educated as a business economist at the Norwegian School of Business (BI).

Joakim Nordin works as a technical manager with UNION Management and is responsible for technical  operations and project management. He has previously worked for Otto Olsen Bygg, DriftsCompagniet, Vika Eiendomsforvaltning and NEAS. Nordin has more than 15 years experience with operation and managment of commercial properties.
