He is managing director of UNION Eiendomskapital and was a co-founder of the company in 2005. He is a partner in UNION Gruppen. In addition to his role as managing director, his main areas of focus are the purchase and sale of property, financing and wealth creation for the properties managed by UEK. Henningsen has 24 years of experience in the Norwegian property market, including 12 years of experience in banking where his main focus was on the financing of commercial properties, and 12 years of experience working with property investments and property development. Henningsen has a Bachelor of Commerce from the Heriot-Watt University in Scotland.

Øystein A. Landvik is CEO of and partner in UNION Gruppen AS and its subsidiaries.  Landvik’s main area of focus is on the development of the Group’s products and client relationships. He has more than 25 years of experience in the property market, as a partner in or owner of the companies he has worked for. Landvik was co-founder of UNION Gruppen in 2002, and has  participated in the establishment and development of Norsk Nærings Megling AS (NNM) since 1985. Landvik is certified Chartered Real Estate Agent CCIM.

Lars Even Moe is managing director of UNION Eiendomskapital UEN and was co-founder of UNION Eiendomskapital in 2005. He is a partner in UNION Gruppen with comprehensive responsibility for the company’s structured property products, including Storebrand Eiendomsfond and UNION Eiendomsinvest Norge ASA. In addition to this role his main areas of focus are the purchase, financing and sale of property. He was responsible for setting up Norway’s first property fund for institutional investors with Aberdeen Property Investors prior to the establishment of UNION Eiendomskapital. Moe has 15 years of experience working with property investments, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Norwegian School of Business (BI).

Mr. Nilsen is Head of Equity Sales in UNION Corporate and a partner in UNION Gruppen. Nilsen joined UNION in January 2012. Prior to this, Nilsen was partner and Head of Sales in Sector Asset Management for seven years. Among other positions, Nilsen was director at Christiania Markets and worked nine years for First Securities as director of Corporate Finance. Furthermore, Nilsen has significant sales and marketing experience from Rank Xerox and Nokia.

Mr. Nesbakken is Managing Director at UNION Corporate AS and Partner of UNION Gruppen AS. He is responsible for financial and strategic advisory, M&A and public and private placements. UNION Corporate’s main focus is real estate. Nesbakken joined UNION in February 2010 after leaving his position as Director and Head of real estate corporate finance at First Securities AS. Nesbakken has a Master of Business and Economics from the Norwegian School of Business (BI) and has 15 years experience within financial advisory services and corporate finance.
