
Øystein A. Landvik has more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate. Landvik started his career as the managing director in Norsk Nærings Megling AS (NNM), established in 1985. He is a state authorized estate broker, and holds a CCIM designation. Øystein A. Landvik has received several awards due to his achievements and engagements in the Norwegian real estate business. Landvik has been with UNION since 2001.

Jonas Karlsen has worked as a real estate broker in UNION Norsk Næringsmegling AS since 2001. Karlsen has an extensive experience from property transactions in the Norwegian market. Prior to joining UNION Norsk Næringsmegling AS, Karlsen worked as a Project Manager for the Norlandia Hotels. Karlsen holds a Masters in Economics and Business Administration (siviløkonom) from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH) in Bergen.

Robert Knudsen holds a Masters in Economics and Business Administration (siviløkonom) from the Norwegian School of Management (BI). Knudsen has experience from financial analysis and as an advisor from Deloitte & Touche, Private Banking in DnBNOR and Ica Norge. He has also worked as a stockbroker in Handelsbanken Investment Banking. Knudsen joined UNION Gruppen in February 2007.

Sonja Horn has 12 years experience from bank, of which 8 year within financing of commercial real estate. Horn was responsible for the commercial real estate department at Fokus Bank from 2000 to 2004, and was during this period, responsible for establishing Fokus Kreditt’s commercial real estate department. The last 4 years, she worked as a bank manager for the large client segment in Fokus Bank, region Oslo/Østlandet. Sonja Horn has substantial experience from project financing and risk evaluation. Horn holds a Masters in Economics and Business Administration (siviløkonom) from Handelshøyskolen BI and was employed in UNION Gruppen in March 2008.

Trond Aslaksen is the general manager of UNION Norsk Næringsmegling AS. Aslaksen has 7 years of experience from the IT business where he worked for Merkantildata amongst other. Before joining UNION he worked with strategic analyses and advisory in See You AS for 5 years. Aslaksen holds a Masters in Economics and Business Administration (siviløkonom) from the Norwegian School of Management (BI) and was hired in September 2007 as chief of the rental department in UNION Norsk Næringsmegling AS.

Stine B. Sørgen graduated as real estate broker from the Norwegian School of Management (BI) in 1993. She possesses 15 years of experience from the property market, whereas the last 10 years in DnBNOR Eiendom as real estate broker and professional leader. She started as a rental broker in UNION Norsk Næringsmegling AS in May 2008.

Dammen Tyssebotn graduated with a degree in law from University of Bergen in 2004, specializing in real estate law. Dammen Tyssebotn has over four years of experience as a real estate agent and legal advisor from M2 Eiendomsmegling AS, and all together over six years of experience from the real estate business. Dammen Tysseboth has further experience as an attorney from Tetzschner & Co law firm since 2005. Dammen Tyssebotn joined UNION in 2008.

Preben E. Klausen graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Central Queensland University Australia in 2002. Subsequent to his studies in Australia, he worked with marketing products for the commercial real estate business until he was employed in UNION Norsk Næringsmegling AS in November 2004. Klausen has later completed an MBA with a major in Finance from Queensland University of Technology and worked 3 years as a commercial real estate broker for UNION. He is currently working in the analyses department of UNION with the responsibility for property valuations.

Gunnar Selbyg joined UNION Norsk Næringsmegling AS in May 2008 and is educated as a Masters of Business and Economics from the Norwegian School of Management in 1999. Selbyg has worked nine years in Prognosesenteret AS where he had multiple roles – primarily head of analysis and KAM. Selbyg has experience in writing market reports, market presentations and sales of solutions for monitoring the market and consulting. Selbyg is head of the analysis department and is responsible for monitoring & analysing the market for commercial real estate. He will work with tasks concerning information and analysis for customers as well as for colleagues.

Johan is employed in UNION Norsk Næringsmegling as a research analyst with primary focus on datacollection, market research, and assisting in production of presentations etc.

Christian Brede Moe has 15 years of experience in the real estate market. He has been working for over 7 years as a real estate administrative for Christiania Bygg & Eiendom AS, (now Hvidsten Eiendom AS). From 2000-2006 Brede Moe worked at M2 Boligutleie AS as a real estate agent, with main responsibility in commercial properties. Brede Moe was partner in M2 Næringsmegling AS until he joined UNION Norsk Næringsmegling in 2008.

Managing partner and co-founder of UNION Eiendomskapital. He has more than 15 years experience from the Norwegian Real estate market, amongst others from Aberdeen Property Investors and Nordea Liv. Villumstad is a certified real estate broker, and holds a Master degree from the Norwegian School of Marketing.

One of three founding partners of UNION Eiendomskapital with extensive experience from project finance and management of real estate investments. Before joining UNION Eiendomskapital, Henningsen was managing director for Investra ASA, and he has more than 15 years experience from leading positions in a number of Norwegian financial institutions. Henningsen holds a business degree from Heriot Watt University, Scotland.

One of three founding partners in UNION Eiendomskapital. He was the originator of Storebrand Eiendomsfond, and he is now responsible for development of new investment vehicles. Prior to establishing UNION Eiendomskapital, he was instrumental in establishing the first property fund in Norway with Aberdeen Property Investors. He has also experience from Linstow AS and the Norwegian Financial Services Authorities. Moe holds a business degree from the Norwegian School of Management.

Wittusen joined the company in 2005 and was central in the establishment of Storebrand Eiendomsfond. His main focus is on business development including structuring of new Real estate funds and single purpose vehicles. He has previously worked as a Business Development Associate at Mapeley Ltd in London. Wittusen holds a Bachelor degree in Business and Finance from the University of Denver.

Katrine Duns joined UNION Eiendomskapital AS in April 2006. Her main responsibilities include operation management and investor relations. She has previously worked as a property manager at Basale, and holds a Masters degree from the Norwegian School of Management, BI.

Hauge joined the company in 2007, and his main responsibilities include property management and development. He has more than 10 years experience from real estate management, with a particular focus on retail properties and shopping centers. He has also worked as a commercial real estate broker from DTZ in Oslo. Hauge holds a Masters degree in marketing from the Norwegian School of Marketing.

Frode Johansen joined UNION Eiendomskapital AS in April 2006, with a primary focus on market screening, real estate acquisitions and syndication of real estate assets. Frode has previously more than 12 years experience from real estate finance from DnBNOR and Sparebankkreditt. Johansen holds a Masters degree from the Norwegian School of Management.

Håkon Sundbye has been with UNION Eiendomskapital since November 2006. His main focus is on product development and portfolio management. Håkon has previously worked as an investment analyst at OBOS, and holds a Masters degree in Real Estate Investments from CASS Business School in London.

Tor Pedersen is a fund manager for Storebrand Eiendomsfond, and has worked at UNION Eiendomskapital since December 2007. He has previously worked as an asset manager at AEW Europe / Curzon Global Partners in London. Pedersen holds a Masters degree in Real Estate Investments from CASS Business School in London.

Torgeir Røstberg has worked at UNION Eiendomskapital since May 2006. Røstberg is responsible for the accounting and financial management of the portfolio companies. He has previously worked as an Auditor at Ernst & Young in Oslo. Røstberg holds a Masters degree in management from the Norwegian School of Management, BI.

Stray has worked as an asset manager at UNION Eiendomskapital since May 2007. His main focus is on property management and -development. He has previously four years experience as a Commercial real estate agent at MeglerCompagniet AS. Stray holds a Masters degree in management from the Norwegian School of Management BI.

Are Duus Carlsen has been with Union Eiendomskapital since September 2009, and his primary focus is on property development and –management. Are has more than 12 years experience as a property developer and owner. He holds a degree in industrial economics from HiA and AASTMT.

Marianne M. Morris has more than 20 years experience from accounting an administration. Morris was previously employed in Opticom, where she was responsible for accounts, wages and HR. Morris possesses an experience from sales and implementation of administrative software in small and middle-sized businesses. She joined UNION in December 2006.

Nina Molstad joined Union Gruppen in January 2001 as a secretary. Since March 2006, Molstad has been manager of the secretariat. Previously she has worked 5 years as a salesperson and purchaser in a store.

Annbjørg Osnes has a sales- and marketing education. She has 4 years experience from property sales in Bergen and Oslo, in addition to several years with sales, marketing and management in the textile business (fashion and interior). Before being temporarily engaged in the Union group, she was self-employed. Osnes has been a permanent employee of UNION Gruppen since June 2008.

Kristine Stockinger was a deputy in UNION Gruppen from April to August 2007, and was permanently hired in August 2008. Stockinger has been working as manager and purchaser for a mobile store, and possesses several years of experience as a secretary and receptionist. Stockinger is educated as a medical secretary.
